'February Still in Lockdown'
February is the shortest and possible coldest month. With very real challengers from the cold, isolation and loneliness brought about by the colder weather and lockdown. As communities we have a duty to care for each other. We at Hoyland Cap say thanks to all in our communities who have and are giving so much. So, let's all be mindful of each other and Stay Safe and make February the month of Community Love.
It is the sense of community that unites us, makes us feel as though we are a part of something greater. It provides opportunities to connect with others, to reach for common goals, and makes us feel safe and secure. It is important for everyone to have that sense of community. If you know of any one that may need a little help remember to check in on them through phone calls, texts, or at a distance through the window. A little kindness can go a long way.
The coronavirus vaccine is the best protection against the virus that's a simple fact. The NHS strongly recommends you get the vaccine when offered it. Don't be fooled by mis-information. We need to follow the guidance and stay safe for a while longer Yet.
